BRITANNIA II

Britannia II was a trans-Pacific rowboat designed for John Fairfax, built by Lallows boatyard at Cowes. Britannia was the previous design rowed across the Atlantic single handed by Fairfax.

The 8000 miles across the Pacific was completed with the assistance of Sylvia Cook in approximately a year commencing April 1971.
